Our Bright Future

Mae Our Bright Future yn bartneriaeth uchelgeisiol ac arloesol o dan arweiniad yr Ymddiriedolaethau Natur, ac mae’n dod â’r sectorau ieuenctid ac amgylcheddol at ei gilydd. Mae’r rhaglen, sy’n werth £33 miliwn ac sydd wedi’i hariannu gan y Loteri Genedlaethol drwy’r Gronfa Loteri Fawr yn cynnwys 31 o brosiectau ledled y DU. Mae pob prosiect yn helpu pobl ifanc 11-24 oed i ennill sgiliau a phrofiadau hanfodol, ac i wella eu lles. Ar yr un pryd, maen nhw’n gweithredu fel catalydd i greu newid yn eu hamgylchedd a’u cymuned leol, gan gyfrannu hefyd at economi wyrddach.  Mae nifer o brosiectau y gall pobl ifanc yn Aberconwy gael mynediad atynt, ac rydym wedi enwi dim ond ychydig o’r rhai sy’n berthnasol i'r ardal hon.
