Digitally Savvy Citizens

The UK Carnegie Trust has just launched a new report, “Digitally Savvy Citizens”.  Digitally Savvy Citizens examines how people in Wales, England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland deal with information, security and privacy issues online.

Digitally Savvy Citizens asks how people find out about breaking news, the opening hours of local services, historical events, whether they use security features on their phones and how safe people feel about using public wifi to perform tasks such as online banking.

If you’re interested in how people are increasingly using mobile internet devices, find out more by visiting www.carnegieuktrust.org.uk/publications/digital-savvy-citizens/ .
