The findings of the Great British Puppy Survey 2016 wholeheartedly support Panorama’s documentary as 60% of those surveyed said their puppy became sick within a month of purchase. This issue is clearly important to the public, as a flurry of media articles have ensued and with the matter currently high on the political agenda with the ongoing Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Select Committee Enquiry into Animal Welfare.
